A walk in the clouds...

A walk does it all.
Only recently I've starts appreciating the goodness of a walk.
Its so rejuvenating helps me clear my mind.
And my breaths...!
Work in the mornings so has the evenings to venture out for a quick 30 mins walk.

Improves my thought process.
Reduces excessive calories...supposedly.

Keeps me alive for the rest of the day.
It really lifts my spirit, jus walking around.
So lets jus pray laziness doesn’t win over my newfound love for walks!
